Fundrums Special Needs Drumming

Fundrums has been working with special needs groups for almost 10 years.

In this time I have gained a lot of experience and this is why the main focus of my work with Fundrums is with Special Needs groups.

The programs and people have been diverse, ranging in all abilites. Currently clients range in age from 5 to 80! Highlights have been working with the Special Olympics as well as other projects.

In a Fundrums session, everyone is allowed and encouraged to take part, there are no rules, just an open space for expression and creativity.

There are various elements such as turn taking that develop confidence and make the person feel good and listened to.

Everyone gets to take part regardless of ability, being in the circle is inclusion in itself.
